The Yeshiva World All Sons of Shomrei Emunim Rebbe ZATZAL to ...

The will of the late Shomrei Emunim Rebbe ZT?L was opened on motzei shabbos, the eve of 15 Elul 5772 in the presence of the rebbe?s sons and some prominent members of the chassidus. The will was read in the Rebbe?s home at 4 Sfas Emmes Street in Bnei Brak.

The reading of the will had to be done after the shiva, in line with the late rebbe?s wishes, leading to the decision?to wait until motzei shabbos, until all of the sons could be present, including the son serving a prison term.

The rebbe instructed all of his sons to serve as rebbes, including the one in prison, adding they are not to take on the leadership role until his release, which should be in the coming months.

The gabbai of the rebbe, R? Eliezer Chanoun stepped outside to inform chassidim, who waited anxiously to hear. They were told what the rebbe wished; adding that until after the yomim tovim the four sons will remain together and all the chassidim will be together in the Meah Shearim beis medrash.
